The Board oversees the general administration and operations of Shared Value Foundation. Their expertise in advising on initiatives, accounting, management and strategic issues strengthens the foundation. The Board meets multiple times a year with the Shared Value team. The Board consists of a chair, a secretary and a treasurer. Board members do not receive a remuneration for their services.
